Job Description - Senior Analyst, Finance


This role will support the finance organization, and work closely with operations, strategic sourcing, shared services, project management, and our joint venture partners.

This role will work closely with accounting to support reporting requirements related to capital market partners and joint venture partners.

The role will also support a monthly and quarterly reporting cycle both for internal management meetings and board meetings.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate project feasibility, commercial initiatives, strategic plans, and deal processes.

Driven Analysis:
Analyze P&L trends, identify areas for revenue growth and margin improvements, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with accounting for joint venture partner reporting. Prepare detailed variance analysis to support monthly and quarterly financial closes.
  • Dashboard Development: Partner with technical teams to create executivelevel dashboards and intramonth projections.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the budgeting process and participate in longterm strategic planning initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key business metrics against forecasts and strategic goals.

Skills, Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 23 years' experience in FP&A or similar role, preferably within capitalintensive industries. Strong financial modeling skills are essential. Understanding accounting concepts is important, and Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Exhibits a proactive, selfstarter mentality with a focus on delivering value. Demonstrates sound business judgment.
  • Analytical Excellence: Proven ability to work with large datasets, distilling insights to support decisionmaking.
