Description
IHDLab is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our team.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and play a crucial role in managing their day-to-day activities.

You will handle a wide range of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries or redirecting them as necessary
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure effective time management
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Make travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including setting up meeting rooms and arranging necessary materials
  • Conduct research and collect data to assist the CEO in making informed decisions
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills
