PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support the delivery of a quality Talent Acquisition service and contribute to the wider Talent Acquisition strategy and objectives
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists with the interview and hiring process as needed from initial job requisition posting through to verbal offer acceptance
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers for contingent worker hiring
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate reporting
  • Support the wider regional Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc tasks
  • Provide prompt support (e.g. lastminute cancellations, rescheduling) for interviews, including resolution of onsite logístical issues
  • Manage all job advertisements across all digital platforms as defined by the Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Monitor internal applicant data and status updates in applicant tracking system
  • Update and generate various reports; spend analysis, offer tracker, agency invoices
  • Contribute to various recruiting projects on an asneeded basis (e.g. metrics, interview training, etc.)
  • Support other Talent Acquisition duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 12 years of previous recruiting coordinator experience or similar experience
  • Adept at exercising good judgement (sometimes with incomplete information) whilst being constrained by tight deadlines (Timely Decision Making)
  • Able to apportion time effectively to complete tasks (Time Management)
  • Be willing to provide colleagues with the information they need to complete their tasks and eliminate roadblocks (Informing)
  • Be quick to identify critical information and respond appropriately (Priority Setting)
  • Working knowledge within a high volume, cross functional recruitment environment
  • Ability to create and track individual and metrics
  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
