Trainee for Office Management (m/f/d) at Hollis Crossroads


We are a family-owned company with a sawmill and pallet production, specializing in processing wood from our region for over 75 years.

Today, we produce Europe pallets, CP pallets, disposable pallets, special pallets, and potato crates with over 30 employees on modern nailing machines.

With our own sawmill, 8 nailing machines, and our own fleet, we can be very flexible in meeting our customers' requirements in terms of quality and logistics.


Join our company family in Harsewinkel-Greffen and help us support our customers in developing special pallets and other packaging solutions.


What to expect from us:
3-year training program, possible reduction to 2.5 years

Communication with customers, suppliers, and service providers

Processing of orders

Planning of personnel, machine occupancy, and delivery

Creation of delivery documents

Performance data recording, accounting, and controlling

You are a good fit for us if you bring the following:

Minimum qualification:
secondary school leaving certificate

Team and communication skills

Attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Quick comprehension and structured way of working

Interest in commercial matters
