Who we are looking for:


As the UX/UI Designer, Mobile & Apps, you're able to lead design initiatives, imagine innovative solutions, and work cohesively with cross functional teams across the company.

You are well-versed throughout the design process, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups or prototypes. By making the complex simple, you believe that you've done a great job as a designer when users do not notice your design but experience it


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will work across the organization to make strategic decisions and run the design process on key work streams and initiatives
  • You will lead and champion a humancentered design process and consumer experience
  • Gain a deep understanding of our consumers and their custom journeys
  • Design mobile app interfaces and interactions that are elegant, accessible, intuitive, and inspirational
  • Create, test and iterate the app information architecture, wireframes, user journeys and work closely to bring the features to life
  • Ideate and validate the UX/UI design for iOS and Android
  • Create impactful solutions that are aligned with our brand and push our product and consumer strategies
  • Minimize investment risks by testing solutions and validate assumptions early
  • Champion a consumercentric process to collaborate across the company in prioritizing and solving scenarios
  • Leverage research insights and communicate design solutions to inform product teams across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Create, evolve and maintain our design principles

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years with endtoend product design where you have shipped mobile product(s) for iOS and Android
  • At least 2 years of experience with consumerfacing apps or SaaS apps with complex interactions
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe CC suite, Sketch, Figma, and/or other industrystandard creative tools
  • Languages: English; bilingual a plus
  • Prototyping: Lofi and Hifi prototypes, you know when to use one over the other and you embrace an iterative process.
  • Communication: You can articulate what makes a good vs great design, as well as an articulate point of view on design
  • Problem solver that requires very little guidance on projects; thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
