We are seeking a highly skilled
Forman for Land and Property Restoration to join our team on a 1099 contracted basis.

This position involves extensive travel, with assignments lasting 12 weeks or longer at various locations across the United States. Great job to have if you are single, needing steady work, like traveling, or like the feeling of adventure. Also, it's a great opportunity to save money to buy a house, car, etc.

OUR CLIENTS (BANKS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ETC.) OWN APARTMENTS OR HOMES THAT NEED TO BE RESTORED TO PUT IT IN THE MARKET

Compensation for this role is $500 plus commissions.

Work being done:

Prep property for renovation to be put back on the market.

Remove debris, furniture, and appliances from vacant homes.

Repair of fences, roofs, decking, drywall, windows, and locks

Cut grass, trim shrubs, and trim trees.

Clean the property to make the home ready to sell.

Do maintenance check-ups of homes.

Take photos to show all the work.

Requirements:

Ability to travel and work at various locations for extended periods.
Previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in general labor field or restoration environment
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Bilingual skills are a Must.
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong background in general labor, including construction, landscaping, or renovation
