As part of the ongoing expansion of high-performance internet connections for private households, there are various questions that arise for end customers.

Our client is a mobile network provider and is looking for several employees (m/f/d) with a technical understanding and interest in the topic of internet connections and everything that goes with it, to handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone and in writing.


In particular, you can look forward to the following tasks:

  • You answer incoming customer inquiries or guide callers step-by-step through the menu. Typical questions concern username and password issues, installation or uninstallation of software applications, correct installation of updates, and navigation through application menus.
  • You provide information on transmission rates, contract details, and conversion dates.
  • By asking skillful questions, you ensure that you have understood the customer's problem correctly and answer the questions simply, friendly, and effectively.
  • In order to provide the best possible service, you will receive a threeweek paid training beforehand. In addition, you will have access to a fast search engine at your workplace, which accesses a comprehensive knowledge database and provides you with essential information on a keyword.
  • Where possible, you offer the customer alternative solutions.

To do this, you bring the following qualities:

  • Interest in the topic of the internet and some knowledge in this area.
  • Interest in professional customer service.
  • Clear and understandable pronunciation.
  • Spelling and grammar proficiency.
  • Team player (m/f/d).
  • Time flexibility.
