- Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Library Sciences, or a related field.
- Six (6) years of increasingly responsible public or educational setting library management and/or administrative experience, including four years of supervisory experience is required.
- A master's degree in Library and Information Science is preferred.
