Description
Our small but growing family owned flexible packaging company needs a reliable, organized technical specialist to support our customers and our internal customer service representatives and sales force


Typical duties may include:

reviewing customer submitted artwork, communication between manufacturing and outside graphics houses, communicating with the customer, supporting the Customer Service department by entering art specifications etc, building relationships with customers by answering their more technical questions.

The key will be learning the business and communicating with manufacturing so you can properly support our customers, manufacturing and customer service.

The successful applicant will have at least one year of prior experience preferably in a manufacturing company. Experience in flexographic printing a plus.

Also must possess a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible in a job with fluctuating responsibilities, and excellent communication skills.

There would be an expectation to help in customer service during business times as well opportunities to help with company marketing efforts as free time allows.


  • Prior experience in printing or flexible packaging will be a plus.
  • Prior experience as a customer service representative or customer communication
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent written, math and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, Ability to build trust with customers
