Introduction

We, Halbach Seidenbänder GmbH, a traditional company based in Remscheid, specialize in the production of high-quality gift ribbons "made in Germany" and the distribution of decorative items for wholesale and resellers.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our inside sales team to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
Preparing quotes, order confirmations, and processing complaints
Creating export documents
Correspondence in German, English, and Italian (French is also advantageous)
Maintaining customer relationships and managing the existing customer base
Secretarial and general office tasks

Qualifications
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Experience in sales (ideally in the decoration/gift ribbon industry)
Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with customers
Independent and structured way of working
Knowledge of customs and chamber of commerce regulations is beneficial
Experience with an ERP system, preferably NAVISION
Proficient in English and Italian, both written and spoken
