Pay:

$54,000 to $60,000

NOT A FULLY REMOTE POSITION,_
THIS IS A HYBRID. You must live in the county where you are assigned, on the road part of the week, working from home the other days.
Our DDA Case Managers coordinate the support and services of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Maryland.

Highly developed organizational skills, attention to detail, compliance with state deadlines, a persistent approach to obtaining services, strong computer tech skills and the ability to learn quickly are required to succeed.

***: The Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) ensures quality delivery of services and coordinates services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The CCS performs job duties in line with the Optimal Health Care Inc Case Management program and DDA's mission, vision, and philosophy.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a human service discipline:

-
Minimum one year of experience in human service/coordination of services
:

- reliable personal transportation
- strong time management skills
- strong computer skills

  • You must be within 1015 minute drive of the service area

This position requires community visits/travel and documenting from a home office
