BAE Systems is seeking an analyst to join the Government Compliance team within the Finance organization. Along with ad hoc projects, you will:

+ Support financial and operational audits by examining accounting records

+ Perform analyses of compliance matters

+ Analyze transactional data

+ Support compilation of the annual incurred cost submission

+ Respond to requests for information from DCMA, DCAA and internal and/or external customers.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ A bachelor s degree is required

+ Strong experience in Government Contracting Finance or Accounting

+ Strong analytical skills and above-average Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel

+ Able to gain an understanding of the business process to drive solutions for improvements

+ Able to exercise discretion and independent judgement

+ Excellent planning, time management, organization and presentation skills

+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Working knowledge of CAS and FAR

+ Experience in Program Finance for government contracting.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $ $109010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
