Description

Seeking motivated individual to fill the position of Information Technology Support Technician I in our Headquarters Office located in Denton, MD.

Associates of Science degree in computer science or related field of study preferred.

Two or more years' experience in personal computer networking and individual courses in personal computers and computer science may be substituted for college degree.

Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Must have ability to recommend the purchase and installation of PC and data communications equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must maintain a valid Maryland Class C or equivalent driver's license.
May require irregular hours to include being on call on a rotational basis for systems that operate 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
