I am the owner of a country house that is currently rented out. My tenant says that there is a lot of water coming out every time they shower or flush the toilet.
My house is old and does not have a normal sewage system connected to the sewer, but rather a septic tank that my tenant accidentally blocked. I am not sure if the problem is due to the blocked tank, if it is full of waste, or if there is a problem with the pipes.
My tenant says they have received a quote for a new sewage installation that connects to the sewer for 3000 euros. I would like a second opinion and to find a much cheaper solution.
