HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Bader Rutter is looking for a human resources (HR) generalist to join our talent team.
This person will work closely with the HR manager to facilitate all day-to-day human resources functions for the agency. This role will serve as the primary focal point for employee inquiries and will participate in strategic talent initiatives.

You will truly make a differenceIn this role, you will:
- Serve as a daytoday HR focal point by handling questions; interpreting and administering benefit contracts, agency policies, HRIS questions, etc.; and helping to resolve workrelated problems. Escalate issues to HR manager as needed.
- Own daytoday HR functions associated with the entire employee life cycle, including, but not limited to: onboarding, personnel record management, benefit administration, leave administration, time off, payroll, lifeevent management, stay and exit interviews and terminations.
- Develop and deliver employee communications and training related to HR and benefits.
- Explore, recommend and implement tools and processes to improve efficiency and drive results.
- Analyze and interpret agency HR data to extract meaningful information, and share the resulting insights and trends with management.
- Participate in industry events and ongoing educational opportunities to develop skills and identify HR and benefit trends and issues affecting the agency.
- Act as an agency ambassador to enhance and elevate the HR function and agency in the eyes of our employees, managers and the public at large.
- Participate in creating an engaging and thriving culture both through employee activities and learning & development sessions.
Other requirements:
- You have a bachelor's degree and four to six years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have an understanding of HR principles and employment law.
- You like the energy of an advertising agency and can coordinate with many different personalities.
- You are highly organized, work nimbly and have a passion for delivering quality service.
- You are willing and able to be onsite three days a week. This is a hybrid role out of our Milwaukee office.
