Entry-level Insurance Sales Agent - Evanston, United States - The Avers Agency

Compensation:
$80,000 at Plan Commission
Responsibilities:
- Use our proven system to create a selfsustaining referral stream for life
- Utilize our continuous training materials and stay uptodate with our revenue targets
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, onsite visits and sales tours, and community networking
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or businesstobusiness sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Great communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Goaloriented and able to meet deadlines
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
