The Radcliff is seeking a friendly and composed personality to work part time as the concierge. The concierge is an integral part of our community. You are the first face people see when they come in and the hub for information about the Radcliff. We are an Assisted Senior Living and Memory Care Community in Wood Dale. We value teamwork, good communications skills and a caring disposition.

We would like to offer you a paid shadow opportunity, which is a fantastic way to try out the position and learn more about our community, team members, and active residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUR COMMUNITY

• Answer calls in a professional manner and transfer them to the appropriate parties
• Assist residents with simple tasks such as: making coffee, bringing them outside to the patio, providing activity reminders, etc.
• Assist visitors with navigating the facility
• Sign visitors/residents in and out of the facility
• Type up daily menus, make copies, file and update front desk paperwork
• Keep a clean and organized work space
• Assist residents and family members with contacting CNAs and Nurses
• Watch over the safety and wellbeing of the residents
• Open up and close the front desk and lobby

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous front desk/ concierge experience preferred
• Beginner knowledge of Excel and Word
• Professional demeanor and attire
• Friendly attitude, teamwork oriented, and compassionate

SHIFTS:
11AM-7PM Tues, Wed, Thurs
