For the GPE Group locations in Dassow, we are currently looking for a permanent, full-time: Head of Purchasing & Materials Management (Supply Chain Management) (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Management and further development of the Purchasing & Materials Management departments Further development of strategic purchasing and supplier management Developing existing suppliers through qualified supplier management Establishing and developing new suppliers as part of expanding into new procurement markets Development and implementation of procurement strategies for cost optimization, taking into account supplier and procurement markets, as well as project requirements Creating and preparing KPIs for monitoring purchasing performance and materials management Optimization of material and information flow Identification of efficiency increases and cost reductions along the materials management process chain Support in operational procurement as part of day-to-day business Requirements: Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on materials management/operations or a comparable qualification Several years of professional and managerial experience in the designated area Negotiation skills, assertiveness, as well as analytical, structured, and team-oriented
