- Setting up boarding arrivals
- Completing all kennel boards accurately and in the designated format
- Updating the kennel map boards
- Handling pre-feeding tasks
- Providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner feedings
- Administering medications during meal times
- Noting any issues with dogs' eating habits and informing the management team
- Executing VIP rotations in the absence of a designated runner
- Keeping the VIP yard clean after every rotation if no runner is available
- Washing dishes if there is no runner
- Maintaining the laundry area if there is no runner
- Changing mop buckets in play yards as needed
- Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning kennels
- Initialing all run cards for medications and feedings
- Updating the pet exec medication log
- Assisting retail managers by running dogs during busy periods
- Completing all dog stop delights
- Monitoring Dog Handlers and stepping in if assistance is required in the yards
- Informing the Back of House (BOH) supervisor of low inventory levels
