Our client, a leading financial services firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions to clients, is seeking a talented
UX Designer to join their team on a contract basis

Hybrid in Brooklyn, NY. Also open to Plano, TX and Tampa, FL. 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all stages of UX design and must think strategically while executing with great attention to detail.
  • Successfully collaborate with other designers, product managers, and tech engineers to develop innovative, user
- friendly, products as well as provide solutions for critical areas within the user-flow.

  • Comfort working with HTML and CSS, excellent visual design skills, great technical knowhow, and proven expertise in designing for the Web/Digital experiences.
  • Help define the user model(s) and user interface for new and existing products and features.
  • Develop highlevel and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive suggestions for change.
  • Concept and develop new and engaging experiences for the user base.

Qualifications:


  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
  • Proven experience in UX design within the financial services industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of usercentered design principles.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Technical expertise in designing for web and digital experiences.
  • Experience designing Point of Sale systems is highly desirable.
