- Develop into a key business partner to drive increased earnings and cash flow
- Lead operational strategy for production cost management, inventory, and more
- Provide financial support to the manufacturing site and partner with operations team
- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial close processes for manufacturing
- Drive rigorous financial reporting and support annual budget development
- Collaborate on key Operations P&L areas and lead special financial projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. A CPA is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Distribution
- Proficiency in financial systems such as HFM, JD Edwards
- Previous leadership or managerial experience
