Secretary for Surgical Stations in Lake City, CO:

To support the medical teams in the general, visceral, and vascular surgery departments, as well as in the departments of trauma surgery and orthopedics, we are looking for a secretary for each station.

Your working hours of 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday can be scheduled within a time frame of 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Your tasks with us:

Blood draws
Requesting results from doctor's offices and external clinics
Assistance with creating medical reports (e.g. inserting results such as histology)
Support with data collection for quality assurance
Scheduling appointments for patients

What you should bring:

Training as a medical assistant
Willingness to work closely with other professional groups
Solid computer skills (knowledge of Orbis is an advantage)
Furthermore, you identify with the values and objectives of a Catholic hospital.
