SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Clerk receives, unpacks, checks, and stores equipment and supplies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Organize and maintain Stock Room to support product inspection, Manufacturing, and R&D with tracking and traceability.
Receive and unpack incoming materials / pack and prepare materials for shipout according to procedures / best practices.
Support Master Planner with inventory control and material movements in accordance to QMS.
Stage Material for Work Order (WO) in support of manufacturing build.
Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, clean and safe manner.
Assist in completing periodic inventory count.
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School level equivalency (English reading / writing proficiency).
At least two year of related work experience is required. (FDA regulated Medical Device industry is a plus).

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Organization and attention to details.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions with mínimal supervision.
Database and Spreadsheet Skills a plus.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and electronically.
Knowledge of warehousing and inventory management.
Ability to use electronic hand held device.
Basic Computer Skills required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and/or motions.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.

Salary range:

Compensation for the role is based on geographical location.
