Minimum 1 year veterinary experience
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of medical terminology
A friendly and professional demeanor
Critical thinking, problemsolving skills, and attention to detail

Your responsibilities may include:

Serve the critical role of being the liaison between doctors, clients, and patients
Organize/ track patient diagnostics
Coordinate hospitalized patient treatment
Prepare patient discharge reports/ inhospital updates
Communicate with clients, referring DVMs; and pharmacies as needed regarding appointments, medical concerns, patient updates, referrals, and prescriptions.
