Description
Hometown Restoration is looking for a general operating manager to run local operations in Flood, Fire and Biohazard Restoration.

5+ Yrs Project Management & Water Mitigation Experience in Restoration Industry is REQUIRED

Experience with Fire, Smoke, Mold, Biohazard strongly preferred.


Required Responsibilities:

  • Walking jobs, selling the customer, establishing scope, and preparing tick sheets for billing
  • Managing the onsite teams on the job as needed
  • Handling hiring and firing of technicians
  • Completing all jobsite checklists, matterport, etc.
  • Monitoring Jobsite safety requirements
  • Managing marketing and local initiatives with plumbers, property managers, etc.
Headquarter Office is responsible for managing inbound calls, drafting Xactimate, billing accounts, etc.

The General Manager role is compensated with a base plus incentives based on overall results produced by the division.


Pay:
$60, $90,000.00 per year
