Hometown Restoration is looking for a general operating manager to run local operations in Flood, Fire and Biohazard Restoration.5+ Yrs Project Management & Water Mitigation Experience in Restoration Industry is REQUIRED
Experience with Fire, Smoke, Mold, Biohazard strongly preferred.
Required Responsibilities:
- Walking jobs, selling the customer, establishing scope, and preparing tick sheets for billing
- Managing the onsite teams on the job as needed
- Handling hiring and firing of technicians
- Completing all jobsite checklists, matterport, etc.
- Monitoring Jobsite safety requirements
- Managing marketing and local initiatives with plumbers, property managers, etc.
The General Manager role is compensated with a base plus incentives based on overall results produced by the division.
Pay:
$60, $90,000.00 per year
