Job Description Independent project management for three to five assigned major clients Scheduling of audits, as well as selection of qualified auditors for relevant management certifications in the areas of quality, environment, energy, IT, automotive, and others Central point of contact for the client with a high level of personal responsibility Maintenance and expansion of existing national and predominantly international major clients Processing of tenders for potential new clients, in coordination with the external sales team and department management, as well as coordination of corresponding internal and external interfaces Careful preparation of calculations and offers based on conducted profitability calculations Presentation of offer calculations and annual reviews on-site with the client Opportunity to take on additional sub-projects, depending on personal strengths and interests

Qualifications Completed commercial studies or training At least three years of professional experience, preferably in the field of major client support, project or key account management High level of service and customer orientation combined with empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills Independent and solution-oriented work style as well as strong planning and coordination skills Team player Experience with SAP (CRM, MM, SD systems) Experience with icert is a plus Negotiation skills in German and English Enjoyment of occasional national business trips (approx.
