Job Summary:
German Automotive Dealer Group in the Western Chicagoland suburbs is seeking to hire an experienced Service Director preferably with Volkswagen/Audi/Porsche experience to manage the operations of the Service and Parts departments.
Directs and coordinates the activities of the Service Team to include but not limited to Technicians, Service Writers, and Porters.
Ensure complete compliance of company policies and procedures while evaluating employees' performance, including motivating and coaching Techs, Writers and Porters.
You will be responsible to answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Assists with warranty claims & aftermarket service contracts. Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintains good working relationship with all employees while maintaining effective / positive employee relations. Manage technician productivity and training.Job Requirements
- Experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a
- At least 3 years of experience in a service management role at a New Car
- Professional attitude dealing with internal / external customers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to motivate others
- Ability to work days and weekends as needed
- ADP experience is a PLUS, but not necessary
- Valid driver's license

Pay:
$150, $200,000.00 per year
