Your tasks:
✓ Commercial management of a portfolio of condominium properties in close cooperation with the condominium manager
✓ Correspondence with tenants, owners, and external parties
✓ Organization and coordination of service providers
✓ Preparation and organization of advisory board meetings and owners' meetings
✓ Minutes-taking at owners' meetings
✓ Processing of orders and invoice verification
✓ Handling of insurance claims
✓ Support of the condominium manager in all tasks


Your profile:
✓ Completed commercial training in the real estate sector, e.g. as a real estate clerk or a comparable qualification with additional training in the real estate field
✓ First professional experience in condominium management
✓ Proficient in all MS Office programs, ideally with previous experience in "WOWIPORT" and/or "Casavi" software
✓ Strong customer orientation, independent and responsible work style, confident demeanor, and team spirit.
