We are creating shopping and service centers in Henderson, WV and are in need of project managers.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent coordination of project participants
  • Tenant management
  • Evaluation, negotiation, and awarding of construction services
  • Participation in cost and schedule planning

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma from a university)
  • Previous experience in the field
  • Technical and commercial leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite
  • Valid driver's license, specifically for passenger cars and small buses (previously known as Class 3)
Full-time position with 40 hours per week and permanent employment.
