• Collaborate with management to increase the company's number of clients
• Focus on revenue growth by adding new clients and expanding on current clients and their services
• Work with subcontractors to provide all necessary services to our clients
• Support project management activities by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Contribute to business intelligence initiatives by generating reports and providing insights

• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
• Experience in sales and operations (no experience in the waste management industry is ok)
• Knowledge of all Microsoft programs especially outlook, excel, access, word, etc
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Excellent data analysis skills to derive meaningful insights
• Experience in working in a teamoriented setting
• Effective in working in a fastpaced environment
