Grades 7-12 Mathematics Teacher (substitute)
General Duties:
Hunter College High School, a grade 7-12 school for intellectually gifted students, seeks a Mathematics Teacher.
Teaches Mathematics in a classroom setting; works collaboratively with specialist teachers, administrators, and other learning professionals; maintains communications with parents and guardians; performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; teaching experience desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching in diverse schools; experience in developing curriculum content that relates to multiple perspectives; demonstrated multicultural competency and ability to build strong relationships with students from a variety of backgrounds; demonstrated commitment to building and sustaining an inclusive community.
Compensation:
Hunter College Campus Schools salary level for one-year replacements range from $64,789 - $83, 672, depending on academic accomplishments and experience.
