Training as a Management Assistant in the Healthcare Sector - Cross-Functional Expert (m/f/d)

With this training, we offer you the opportunity to gain insight into various areas of management in the healthcare sector. You will rotate between different training locations within the region, allowing you to gain an overview of insurance topics, customer consultation, and other focal points across departments.

  • learn how the healthcare system, social insurance, and our business processes function,
  • share your enthusiasm for the Techniker Krankenkasse, its diverse products, and extensive services with our customers in person and over the phone,
  • acquire the skills to passionately acquire and advise customers on all matters related to health insurance with competence and individuality,
  • understand how to assess insurance relationships, make decisions on benefit commitments, and thoroughly examine them.
