Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist and dental hygienist chairside.
- Sterilize, prepare, set up both instruments and rooms for procedures.
- Take dental xrays and cbct.
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care.
- Maintain accurate digital patient records and update dental coding as necessary.
- Assist with dental lab tasks, such as intraoral scanning, temporaries, and impressions.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times
Skills:
- Proficient in dental software systems such as Open Dental and Sidexis
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
