- Responsibilities and Purpose
- Organize and manage staffing in the facility
- Recognize staffing needs
- Identify challenging roles to fill and implement strategies to address them
- Desired Experience and Education
- Active Oklahoma RN or LPN License
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Preferably experience in a long-term care setting
- Previous experience in scheduling personnel in LTC is a plus

Staffing Coordinator at Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
We are looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team at the skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers providing long-term care. The Staffing Coordinator will be in charge of creating schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels in the nursing departments. We welcome applications from Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
