    Nexus Power is a leading independent sales representative for ABB, Hitachi and others covering Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Washington, California, Alaska, and Hawaii.     Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To:

    • Work with Nexus Power outside sales professionals to grow our sales
    • Serve as a liaison between our Electrical Manufacturers and our Distributors/End Users
    • Process customer quote requests and POs
    • Answer inbound requests via phone or email
    • Respond to customer requests with exceptional customer service
    • Interface directly with Manufacturers (entering and expediting orders, facilitating technical support, addressing pricing concerns, ordering sample and literature, etc.)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Experience in customer service via phone and email
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to learn many different computer programs and work proficiently with them
    • Enthusiasm for solving problems
    • Multitask with excellent attention to detail and follow up
    • Able to learn and adapt quickly
    • Growth minded
    • Ability to own and navigate sales conversations on the phone
    • Open to constructive feedback and accountable to sales goals

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Electrical industry experience - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents.
    • Local market knowledge of key Utility and Distribution Customers
    • Previous industrial/commercial experience in construction and electrical products (switchgear, transformers, motor control) is preferred.
    • Prior customer service experience, inside sales experience, account management, and account development

    Salary and Benefits

    Compensation is Base Salary with a year-end bonus based on business success.

    Benefits plan includes Medical, 401(k), Long Term Disability, Paid Time Off.
