    As a Field Service Engineer 1 at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in offering technical support and expertise to our customers across various areas such as PLC, Conveyor, Packaging, Palletizing, Sortation, ASRS, Automated Storage, and Material Handling.
    You will be in charge of diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Your contributions will significantly enhance the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by delivering top-notch technical assistance and service.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for customers
    • Provide technical support for Conveyor Systems solutions
    • Provide technical expertise for Mechanical Systems & Components solutions
    • Assist in the installation or modification of mechanical and electrical components
    • Debug issues across different areas including mechanical, electrical, and programming
    • Participate in the development of robotic application code
    • Update drawings with necessary modifications
    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal/external stakeholders
    • Collaborate with teams for successful solution implementation
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend improvements
    • Travel regionally as necessary
    You Must Have
    • 2+ years of experience in field service engineering, focusing on electrical and mechanical solutions or Conveyor systems
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Willingness to travel extensively
    • Successfully complete a proficiency assessment in Electrical and Mechanical principles and PLC programming
