Your job - in a nutshell
  • Ensuring proper and timely payroll for approximately 4,200 employees
  • Trustful cooperation with the HR management/administration of our clinic locations as well as other internal and external service providers
  • Monitoring of legal requirements and initiation of necessary and meaningful process and structural adjustments for efficient and service-oriented business processes with powerful digital application systems (fidelis and ATOSS)
  • Coordination of internal and external audits
  • Participation in the expansion of a demand-oriented reporting system
  • Professional and disciplinary management of the Central Payroll
