Main Purpose

The main purpose of the Account Director, Onsites, is to manage Onsite client partnerships for Indeed Flex.

This role will manage existing Onsite client accounts and recent Onsite business wins with a view to increasing revenue and platform adoption.

The role will also include leading and managing a team of onsite managers.

This individual will develop and own the account plan for each account and work to identify new lines of business and manage key clients in line with agreed contracts and KPIs for any neutral vendor or managed service contract, as well as provide strategic, unbiased, and objective advice which assists clients in improving productivity, recruitment processes, and overall performance.

Define, document, and execute an ongoing account strategy to achieve short-term business objectives while planning for long-term growth.

Establish executive-level relationships within identified and assigned clients to drive Flex platform adoption and promote the company's value proposition.

Works with teams on developing strategies to improve the metric performance and optimizing the flex way

Relationship management, ensuring availability of resources on the account and tracking and monitoring of the solutions being delivered to the client, including delivery milestone execution

Collaborates in internal meetings to create recruitment and onboarding campaigns, sales processes, report on sales activities, implement new products, solve problems, and keep up-to-date with information about the company

Builds and maintains excellent customer relationships for each customer at multiple levels. Meets with customers to solicit feedback on service delivery

Performs service delivery assessments in collaboration with the Implementation Value Assurance team as needed.

Analyze accounts and perform problem-solving as needed to retain business and improve or exceed customer expectations.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of Onsite Managers

Requirements

Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts with a preference for account management of onsite partnership clients

Proficient in managing client accounts and contracts at 5+mm independently

Experienced in Staffing, Recruitment, and/or RPO

Highly proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM system

Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization

High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage

High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite

Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
