- Familiar with the review of estate, trust, and foreclosure documents
- Coordinate & schedule applicant interviews with Board
- Knowledge of Board Packager preferred
- Complete questionnaires and handle requests for building documents
- Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel a MUST
- 23 years of experience preferred
- Preparation of Closing documents
- Notary Required
- Strong oral & written skills a MUST to communicate with Board, brokers, attorneys, and lenders.
- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
