We are currently seeking a candidate for the central service and service center (central administration) of Lebenshilfe Rhein Sieg e.
Your Responsibilities
- Comprehensive administration of the client base
- Operational personnel support, particularly with regards to salaryrelated, tax, and social security questions
- Maintenance of master data and processing of variable data
- Preparation and execution of salary statements using the "Datev LODAS" software
- Creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references, works council proposals, etc.
- Management of applications and certificates within specified deadlines, such as parental leave and retirement
- Correspondence with authorities, offices, and social security institutions
- Communicative collaboration and consultation
