Good morning,I am looking for a carpenter to assemble a prefabricated house located 6 km from Lugo. The house is a single-story with 70 square meters.
- Exterior walls and interior divisions: made of treated solid planks, with all joints in double tongue and groove. (all planks are cut and grooved to fit the plans without the need for special cuts during assembly).
- Roof: made of tongue and groove planks and support beams in a Castilian finish.
- Floors: made of tongue and groove planks and complete wooden battens.
- Exterior doors included, with all necessary locks and accessories.
- Interior doors included, with all necessary locks and accessories.
- Windows: double-leaf side opening with double glazed "climalit" glass, with all necessary locks and chrome handles.
- Exterior terraces with treated floors, support battens, and wooden handrails (included in models with a terrace-porch).
