Our "Sprungbrett" kindergarten in St.-Anna-Str. 22, 87650 Baisweil with a nursery

is looking for a qualified educator (m/f/d) for the group leadership of a kindergarten group

part-time with 33 hours per week

You have:

completed training as an educator or an equivalent recognized qualification

a passion for working with children and see it not just as a job, but as a calling

a positive attitude towards life and a lot of empathy

professional competence and well thought-out pedagogical work

a good sense for the needs of the little ones

experience in group leadership and parent conversations

respect for the individual personalities of the children and open communication with parents

a commitment to honest and clear communication

the ability to take initiative and work independently and responsibly
