Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver information on product knowledge to the customer on the companies offerings
Process any orders and transactions necessary
Work handson with customers to offer them services and products that they are in need of
Assist customers with problemsolving or troubleshooting for better service
Obtain any customer personal information in a professional and secure manner
