Training:


During the initial 120-day period, you'll have the opportunity to gain firsthand experience by traveling up to 25% of the time for onsite training, complemented by classroom and on-the-job training sessions.

Following this comprehensive training phase, travel requirements will be limited to no more than 10%.


Requirements:


  • A degree with technical or business emphasis preferred or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify issues, research and solve problems
  • Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
