job summary:
A Supply Chain Integration Specialist is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Dubuque, IA area. This role entails supporting and potentially leading a commodity Strategic Sourcing team, overseeing supplier management, implementing sourcing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

responsibilities:

Assist and potentially lead a commodity Strategic Sourcing team.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various levels of the enterprise.

Ensure quality, delivery, and performance of suppliers.

Establish appropriate material replenishment processes.

Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and cost reduction.

Develop and execute inventory plans to meet management goals.

Assist in negotiating supply agreements.

Develop cost models and implementation strategies. Skills:

SAP proficiency.

Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.

Experience in product development, including quoting and analysis. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of supply management or manufacturing/purchasing experience.
