About the Role:
We are looking for a Voice Administrator to join our Medical IT team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Microsoft Teams and traditional voice infrastructure within our organization.

This position requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams Voice capabilities, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technologies, and collaboration tools.

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our organization's voice communication platforms.


This position will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement modern voice solutions to meet organizational communication needs
  • Ensure interoperability with existing telephony systems and services
  • Manage user accounts and provision Microsoft Teams Voice features for endusers
  • Support an enterpriseclass call center software system
  • Troubleshoot and address issues related to call drops, latency, and other voicerelated problems

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT role supporting endusers, clients, networks, and/or software systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow with demonstrated experience in Incident, Service, Problem, Knowledge, and/or Change Management
  • A strong customerservice mindset
  • Proven ability to take on new challenges and learn quickly
  • Ability to travel 5%
