Acquisition/Real Estate Brokers for Multi-Family Houses (m/f/d)

as independent sales representatives or permanent employees

in Berlin

for the acquisition of residential/commercial buildings, residential complexes, and forward deals.

Your Responsibilities

To successfully acquire properties, you will continuously communicate with owners, expand your network with referral sources, and attend industry-specific events
You will conduct professional and data-based property valuations and act as a trusted advisor to your clients throughout the entire sales process
You will utilize our valuable database to identify owners and discreetly carry out transactions
You will have the opportunity to be involved in additional transactions, whether it be the sale of individual rental properties, large portfolios, commercial properties, land, or forward deals
