    Human Resource Business Partner I/II

    As part of the Staffing and Compensation division, the selected candidate will either be designated as a Human Resource Business Partner I or Human Resource Business Partner II, based on their credentials.

    • Human Resource Business Partner I - A.10, $55,063 - $85,348
    • Human Resource Business Partner II- A12 $60,707 - $94,096

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Addressing inquiries about policies, procedures, and human resource matters.
    • Providing guidance to supervisors and employees on staffing and compensation issues.
    • Analyzing market data to propose relevant policies and practices.
    • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations through process reviews.
    • Collaborating with departments on recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
    • Forecasting staffing needs and assisting in planning.
    • Conducting compensation studies and presenting findings to leadership.
    • Advising on classifications and organizational structures for efficiency.
    • Recommending updates to policies and overseeing implementation.
    • Conducting city-wide training on staffing and compensation topics.
    • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the job series.
