    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a dynamic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Virtual SLP to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, serving students in North Dakota, with a focus on a K-3rd grade caseload.

    Position: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Remote (North Dakota)

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive virtual speech-language therapy services to students in K-3rd grade.
    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success.
    • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
    • Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals or on-site staff, as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Valid North Dakota state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
    • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
    • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment, and intervention strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage caseload responsibilities in a virtual setting.

    Schedule: Full-time, 30 hours per week

    Employment Type: 1099 Contract

    Salary: Up to $52 per hour, commensurate with experience
