    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies to address the specific needs of each student.
    • Implement therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills, including articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure effective communication and student progress.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans.
    • Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and developments in the field of speech-language pathology.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
    • Current state license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
    • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
